Dumpster Rental
in Liberty, NC.

Liberty dumpster volume splits sharply between two scales. The downtown and historic residential side runs 16- and 20-yard sizes with Town of Liberty permit submissions on street-visible drops. The Greensboro-Randolph Megasite runs the biggest commercial volume on our Randolph County book — 30- and 40-yard compactors at the Toyota Battery Manufacturing loading-dock access, walking-floor trailers for ongoing land-clearing and infrastructure phases, and on-site project management coordinating placement. The NC-49 approaches and the US-421 commercial strip add smaller tenant turnover volume. We work from the Mebane yard about forty-five minutes west via I-85 and NC-49.

The ground in Liberty

What placement
actually costs here.

Residential renovations, commercial builds, and municipal events all pull from the same yards.Liberty is one of the smallest towns on our book — roughly 2,500 residents — and sits adjacent to one of the largest industrial developments in NC history. Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina at the Greensboro-Randolph Megasite north of Liberty is a multi-billion-dollar EV battery plant projected to be among the largest employers in central NC, with construction underway and multiple expansion announcements since the original December 2021 announcement. The scale mismatch between the historic small town and the megasite build is unlike anything else on the dispatch book. Downtown Liberty itself carries brick-storefront commercial along Fayetteville Street and the Liberty Antiques Festival — held twice a year at Pike Farm outside of town — is one of the larger antique festivals in the Southeast, drawing collectors from across the eastern US. The surrounding Randolph County edge is working farmland. Our Mebane yard sits about forty-five minutes west via I-85 and NC-49.

Property mix

How the town is built

Liberty's property mix is the smallest-town / largest-megasite combination on our book — a scale mismatch nothing else we serve shares. Downtown Liberty itself is tight: a few blocks of historic brick-storefront commercial along Fayetteville Street with early-twentieth-century residential on the adjacent streets. The Greensboro-Randolph Megasite north of town carries industrial-scale footprint at a different order of magnitude — Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina's build-out across a multi-thousand-acre site. The rural edge east toward Pike Farm and the Antiques Festival site carries working farmland. South toward Ramseur and east toward Chatham County carries more farmland and large-lot rural residential. The NC-49 approaches north toward Burlington carry commuter residential filling in gradually. There's almost no middle scale here — small historic downtown, mega-industrial site, or rural farmland.

Access

How we get there

Liberty runs from Mebane (~45 min) or Smithfield (~120 min)depending on that day's dispatch load. From either yard the way in is US-421 and NC-49, then the residential streets through each neighborhood.

Permitting

Who signs what

Liberty's permit flow has a size-mismatch wrinkle no other town on our book carries. The Town of Liberty itself is small — one planning counter, direct access, quick turnarounds for everything inside the historic town footprint. But the Greensboro-Randolph Megasite north of town operates on a completely different scale and timeline, with Toyota Battery Manufacturing's project management coordinating directly on placement and construction scheduling rather than through municipal review. The megasite also straddles the Randolph / Guilford County line in places, so county overlap can shift based on parcel location — we verify before dispatch. Driveway placements don't need a town permit. US-421, NC-49, and NC-62 are state highways, so adjacent placements add a state DOT permit, which we submit. Randolph County rules on disposal apply on the back end — our hauling licenses cover that side.
