- Downtown GibsonvilleMain Street historic
- The historic core along Main Street with 1900s-1930s homes on narrow lots. 16- and 20-yard dumpsters do most of the work here. Street drops along Main Street pull a Gibsonville Planning permit, which we handle for you.
- Mill Village areaHistoric mill-era residential
- The older residential blocks around the former textile mill. Compact lots, mature trees, and tight driveways — the smaller 16-yard dumpster is often the right call. We check overhead clearance before scheduling.
- NC-61 subdivisionsNew-build residential
- The newer subdivisions along NC-61 built since the mid-2000s. Wide driveways accept any size we offer. HOA rules on these subdivisions are generally lighter than the Triangle master-planned communities.
- US-70 approachesNew-build + commercial mix
- The newer builds along the US-70 approaches into town, plus the small commercial strip. Street drops along US-70 fall under NCDOT (state highway) rather than Gibsonville Planning.
- East Gibsonville (Alamance side)Alamance County residential
- The east side of town that sits in Alamance County rather than Guilford. Disposal paperwork rides on Alamance County rules on this side; we route it through our hauler credentials either way.
- West Gibsonville (Guilford side)Guilford County residential
- The west side of town inside Guilford County, including most of the historic Main Street area and the older mill-era blocks. Guilford County disposal rules apply here.
- Burlington Road areaRural edge toward Burlington
- The semi-rural stretch between downtown Gibsonville and the Burlington city limits. Older farmhouses and newer builds mixed in. Some outer lots still sit outside the city sewer area and pull portable septic through framing.
