Residential + Commercial · Garner, Wake County

Site services
in Garner, NC.

Most of our Garner work is commercial — Butterball campus construction, industrial upgrades along Jones Sausage Road, expansions at Greenfield Business Park. The residential side is quietly busy too: whole-roof replacements and kitchen renovations across Vandora Springs and Timberlake, cleanups along downtown Main Street. Our Smithfield yard is twenty minutes south, which gets a truck on-site the next business morning whether we're going to a loading dock or a driveway.

Running Garner

How the job
works here.

Residential renovations, commercial builds, and municipal events all pull from the same yards. What changes in Garner is how quickly the truck reaches you, how we place it on local ground, and who signs what before it drops.

Step 01 · Delivery

How fast we can be there

Our Smithfield yard runs Garner daily — about 20 minutes from our lot to any driveway in town. Same cutoff for renovation drops and construction schedules.

  • Order by 4 PM, we’re at your address the next day
  • Two yards on standby (Smithfield + Mebane) if one is slammed
  • Busy building season doesn’t push the schedule
  • Weekend delivery available on request

Step 02 · Placement

Making it fit your driveway

Old Garner driveways run narrow; newer subdivisions have room to spare. We size the equipment to your address before we drop.

  • Narrow older-neighborhood driveways: we size to 16 or 20 yards
  • Newer US-70 subdivisions: any size we offer will fit
  • Tree canopy or low wires: we confirm clearance first
  • Commercial sites with a loading dock: we deliver right to it

Step 03 · Paperwork

We handle the permits

Wake County disposal paperwork rides on our credentials, not yours. If the town or your HOA needs anything, we tell you before you sign.

  • Wake County disposal permits: on us
  • In your driveway: no town permit at all
  • Street or event drops: we tell you what’s needed
  • HOA time limits on US-70: checked before signing

Areas within Garner

Neighborhoods
on the route.

The truck routes are the same across Garner, but placement is a block-by-block conversation. Each neighborhood below carries the note that changes how we deliver into it.

Downtown GarnerMain Street historic
The historic core around the old depot and Main Street. Narrow postwar lots, mature trees, and street placements that need a Garner Planning permit. 16- and 20-yard dumpsters do most of the residential work here.
Vandora SpringsMid-century residential
Established neighborhood built from the 1950s through the 1970s. Driveways are narrow and the tree branches hang close. The typical job here is a whole-roof replacement or a kitchen renovation on a lot that's been in the same family for decades.
TimberlakePostwar residential
Older Garner neighborhood with similar postwar homes. 16- and 20-yard dumpsters fit most driveways. For whole-house teardowns where the lot is coming down to bare dirt, we bring in the walking floor trailer.
Lake BensonPark and residential
Lake Benson Park, the town's amphitheater, and the surrounding residential blocks. Public events trigger Wake County rules for ADA units and separate handwashing stations. The park has its own set load-in routes we coordinate with.
Buffaloe Road areaPost-2000 residential
Newer subdivisions off Buffaloe Road and the east-Garner build belt. Wide driveways, light-to-moderate HOA rules, and container sizing isn't the issue here — the schedule is.
Jones Sausage Road industrialUS-70 industrial belt
The food-processing and light-industrial strip along US-70. We back right up to the loading dock here; 30-yard dumpsters, 40-yard compactors, and walking floor trailers do the work. If a container ends up next to US-70, that's state highway land — the permit goes through NCDOT, not Garner Planning.
Greenfield Business ParkI-40 commercial
The newer commercial and light-industrial park along the I-40 edge. For expansion construction here, we work with 30-yard dumpsters and walking floor trailers, backed right up to the loading dock.

Plus every subdivision, farm parcel, and residential street off I-40 and US-70 that isn’t named here.

Questions from Garner

The ones we get
every week here.

My project is next to US-70 or I-40 — do I need a state DOT permit?

If the container ends up on state highway land, yes — US-70, US-401, and I-40 are all state DOT roads, and placements next to them go through NCDOT (the state DOT) rather than Garner Planning. We'll flag which one applies on your quote and get the permit for you so the drop doesn't stall at delivery. Containers on your private driveway or on a town-maintained street don't need an NCDOT permit.

Can you deliver to the Butterball campus or along Jones Sausage Road industrial?

Yes — the Jones Sausage Road food-processing strip and Butterball construction phases are a regular route for us. We back right up to the loading dock, 30-yard dumpsters and 40-yard compactors handle the volume, and the walking floor trailer runs when they're swapping out equipment or expanding. Proof of insurance available on request; we hold the state's hauling license.

Will a 30-yard dumpster fit a Vandora Springs or Timberlake driveway?

Usually not. Driveways in Vandora Springs and Timberlake are narrow, and the tree branches overhead often limit how our truck can lift. Most lots in those neighborhoods work best with a 16- or 20-yard dumpster — we check clearance before we deliver. Newer builds off Buffaloe Road and White Oak fit any size we offer.

Can you handle fulfillment-warehouse construction along the I-40 edge?

Yes. The Amazon fulfillment warehouses and the Greenfield Business Park expansions both get ongoing site services from us — dumpsters, perimeter fencing, portable restrooms, walking floor trailers for the periodic reconfigurations, and ADA plus handwashing units once the crew is big enough that inspectors require them. Loading-dock placement is standard here.

What about events at Lake Benson Park or the amphitheater?

Yes. Lake Benson Park and the amphitheater's warm-season events both draw crowds big enough that Wake County health department rules require ADA units and separate handwashing stations. The park has its own set load-in routes we coordinate with venue staff on. Food-service permits require a dedicated handwashing station near the food line, separate from the porta-potties.

What's your typical delivery timing for Garner?

Garner is the shortest trip we make — about twenty minutes north from our Smithfield yard via US-70. Lock in by 4 PM and your dumpster rolls the next business morning. Same-day delivery is often doable on early orders because the drive is so short — give us a call to confirm.

Do you cover the surrounding towns?

Yes. Clayton, Smithfield, Raleigh (south side), Fuquay-Varina, and Apex all ship from the same Smithfield yard on the same next-day cutoff. The Mebane yard picks up routes north and west when it's the shorter drive.

Two books, one team

Residential and commercial
run different ways.

Same yards, same routes, same next-day cutoff. What changes is the paperwork, the placement, and the pace. Homeowners want a driveway drop and a scheduled pull; contractors want an on-call swap-out cycle. Here’s how each side is set up in Garner.

For homeowners

The residential book

Whole-roof replacements, kitchen renovations on the family home, downtown cleanups. One truck, one pickup — and we flag whether your project touches a state highway before we deliver so nothing stalls.

  • Whole-roof debris and kitchen renovations across Vandora Springs, Timberlake, and the downtown core
  • Narrow postwar driveways sized to a 16- or 20-yard dumpster
  • Driveway placements skip both the Garner permit and the state DOT paperwork
  • Near US-70 or I-40? We'll note the state DOT permit on your estimate
  • HOA rules pulled for the newer Buffaloe Road and White Oak subdivisions
  • Direct line from estimate to pickup — no call-center shuffle

For contractors, developers, GCs

The commercial book

Industrial upgrades, warehouse expansions, ongoing fulfillment-site services. Multi-container jobs scheduled on the plant's shift calendar instead of nine-to-five, and we handle the state DOT permit when the pad borders a US route.

  • Industrial upgrades along Jones Sausage Road and the US-70 food-processing strip
  • Butterball and Amazon fulfillment construction — delivery windows synced to the crew shift
  • 30-yard dumpsters, 40-yard compactors, walking floor trailers for equipment-swap work
  • We back right up to the loading dock at Greenfield Business Park and the I-40 industrial sites
  • State DOT permit coordination when the pad meets US-70 or US-401
  • COI available on request; NC hauling credentials in good standing
