How the town is built
Morrisville is denser than most Wake towns. Townhomes and apartments make up more of the housing stock than single-family does, especially the newer builds that have gone up to house the RDU airport and RTP workforce. The single-family side is split between older Historic Morrisville-Carpenter homes with narrow driveways and newer master-planned sections like Breckenridge where any size we offer fits. On the commercial side, airport-adjacent businesses along Aviation Parkway and Airport Boulevard — hotels, logistics operations, car rental — are their own kind of job where the airport's schedule drives the delivery window. Then there's the office campus around Lenovo on Development Drive and the broader Research Triangle Park-adjacent business area, where our commercial work is multi-tenant renovation and ongoing service more than new construction. Park West Village and the NC-54 small-business strip handle the rest.
