How the town is built
Holly Springs splits into two worlds that barely overlap. On the industrial side, CSL Seqirus and the FUJIFILM Diosynth campus anchor the southeast edge of town along NC-55 and the Future I-540 route — these are massive construction cycles, security-controlled sites, and the walking floor trailer runs during every facility expansion phase. The residential side is master-planned golf communities and new subdivisions: Twelve Oaks (built around a Jack Nicklaus course), Sunset Oaks, Holly Glen, and the newer builds spreading south along Avent Ferry Road. On the residential side, the dominant call is a new build on a fresh lot or a renovation on a 2000s-era home — and the HOA rules on how long a container can stay out are usually what shapes the schedule. Then downtown's Village District on Main Street is the exception: narrow historic lots, older driveways, and street placements that need a Holly Springs Planning permit.
